Fitly AI offers core features for free and a premium subscription that unlocks the full experience, including advanced AI coaching and unlimited tracking.
Does Fitly AI provide medical advice?
No. Fitly AI provides general fitness guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
How accurate are the AI calorie estimates?
AI-generated calorie and macro estimates are best-effort approximations based on the information you provide. Always treat them as a guide rather than an exact measurement.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. Open Google Play or App Store account settings, find Fitly AI, and choose Cancel.
How do I export my data?
You can export your data inside the app via Settings > Account > Export Data. We will email you a copy in a portable format.
Which devices are supported?
Fitly AI is launching on Android (Google Play) first, with iOS planned next. Modern devices running recent OS versions are recommended.
