Option 1 — Delete inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Fitly AI app on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to support@fitlyai.online from the email address registered on your account. Please include:
- The email address of the account to delete.
- A short confirmation that you wish to permanently delete it.
We may ask one or two questions to verify the request before proceeding.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, profile attributes).
- Fitness and nutrition data: meals, calorie logs, workouts, streaks, weight history and goals.
- Uploaded food images and AI conversation history.
- Personalization and preferences.
What may be retained
- Transactional records (e.g. subscription receipts) required for tax, accounting or fraud prevention.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Information we are legally required to retain, for the minimum period required.
Timeline
- Your account becomes inaccessible immediately upon confirmation.
- Personal data is deleted from active systems within 30 days.
- Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten in normal backup rotation.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Fitly AI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel the subscription in your app store account settings to stop future charges.
